At Nutmeg Bowl Juniors, we have a team of certified coaches dedicated to helping our junior bowlers develop their skills and achieve their goals. Our coaches have years of experience and are passionate about the sport of bowling. Meet our team below:

Chris Forry

League Co-Founder & President

Chris co-founded the revamped junior league over fifteen years ago with Tim West. He has owned and operated Buddies Pro Shop for over thirty years helping all levels of bowlers achieve success on the lanes. His work is highly sought after by many touring professionals and we are lucky to have his expertise here at Nutmeg!

John Anderson

USBC Silver-Certified Coach

John has been with our program for nearly a decade and is a USBC silver-certified coach. He is routinely found on Wednesdays working with the kiddos alongside Tim West in addition to the normal league sessions. In addition John serves on our county board as chair of the youth committee. He is ambidextrous and is a threat from either side of the pins!

Tim West

League Co-Founder & Head Coach

Tim co-founded the league with Chris Forry and has been actively involved since its inception over fifteen years ago. He is a USBC-certified coach with a deep knowledge of the game that has been invaluable to so many of our youth of all levels. He is comfortable teaching all ages and techniques including one- and two-handed styles.

Matt Favreau

League Manager & Coach

Matt has been bowling at Nutmeg for over thirty years coming up through the very same junior program he now contributes to. He is a silver-certified coach and served on both the local and state boards. He handles the day-to-day aspects of running the league and is routinely found on the lanes alongside his fellow coaches.
